手动换vault。
一、先看发行版
cat /etc/redhat-release
二、备份
mv /etc/yum.repos.d/CentOS-Base.repo /etc/yum.repos.d/CentOS-Base.repo.bak
三、编辑
1）编辑
vi /etc/yum.repos.d/CentOS-Base.repo
2）填入（粗体修改发行版）
[base]
name=CentOS-6
failovermethod=priority
baseurl=http://mirrors.aliyun.com/centos-vault/6.8/os/x86_64/
gpgcheck=0
